Please register and login to on-line conference management system to submit preliminary and final papers or access the results of the review process. Advance registration (with the registration fee paid) of the author of the paper or at least one of the co-authors is required with final submission. Topics Symposium covers essentially all aspects of electromagnetic compatibility, and a list of suggested topics (in alphabetical order) includes:
Initial submission Prospective authors are invited to submit their preliminary (draft) papers for review not later than March 10, 2008 using on-line conference system . Only full-text papers of length from 4 to 6 pages (including figures, tables, photos and references) written in English are expected as initial submissions. Summaries will not be considered for review. Preliminary paper submissions are expected in the Portable Document Format (PDF) and any formats other than PDF as well as hardcopies will not be accepted. Free printer driver for creating professional-quality PDF files from a variety of applications can be downloaded through a link that follows.
Below are links to instructions and paper templates for LaTeX and MS Word users where detailed typesetting instructions are included. Note that templates and instructions are the same for both initial and final submission.
Final submission Notification of acceptance will be send to the authors by April 7, 2008, and the authors of the accepted papers will be asked to submit the final, camera-ready versions of their papers not later than 30 April 2008. Please use your account in on-line conference system to submit final paper. Final papers must have the total length of exactly 4 or 6 full pages including figures, tables, photos and references (note the difference between requirements for a preliminary paper and the final version of the accepted paper!). The paper templates and detailed typesetting instructions for final papers are the same as for preliminary papers. The enhanced version of the selected papers presented on Wroclaw EMC 2008 will be invited for publication in Journal of Telecommunications & Information Technology (published by National Telecommuniction Institute). As already mentioned, final paper submissions are expected not later than 30 April 2008. Please take into account that we work to a tight submission reviewing schedule and production schedule of the Symposium Proceedings and therefore deadline is hard and does not subject to negotiations. Papers without accompanying author(s) registration will not be processed. Evaluating criteria The preliminary paper submissions will be reviewed by Program Committee members and appointed referees. They will be asked to evaluate and score your paper according to the following major criteria:
