1) Full registration fee (regular and reduced includes: sessions and exhibition participation, proceedings (printing & CD ROM), coffee breaks (2 per day), 3 lunches, cocktail and picnic invitations, conference bag, badge and lanyard. 2) Student's registration fee includes: sessions and exhibition participation, proceedings (printing & CD ROM), coffee breaks (2 per day), 3 lunches, cocktail invitations, conference bag, badge and lanyard. Students are obligated to send copy of their student ID by fax: +48 71 3204352 or e-mail: secretary@emc.wroc.pl 3) Accompanying person's fee includes: cocktail and picnic invitations, badge and lanyard. 4) Single day participant's fee includes: sessions and exhibition participation, proceedings (printing & CD ROM), coffee breaks, lunch, conference bag, badge and lanyard. All participants are obligated to write VAT ID number of their companies or note that they aren't in possession this number ("Remark of Participant " in 2 step of participant registration). VAT ID is necessary to issue the invoice. To include paper in the symposium program and to publish in the Symposium Proceedings, the author or at least one of co-authors of the paper has to complete formal registration procedure via Symposium on-line Conference System and has to pay the Symposium fee before the deadline for final paper submission - April 30, 2008. The Organizing Committee have resolved to accept the following exchange rate: 1 EUR = 3,6162 PLN (according to the Exchange 245/A/NBP/2007 dated from 18th December, 2007) 1 EUR = 3,4604 PLN (according to the Exchange 85/A/NBP/2008 dated from 30th April, 2008) which will be valid throughout the promotion period, i.e. till 30th April 2008 (inclusive). For all payments made after 1st May the valid exchange rate will be the Exchange Rate from the last accounting day of April.
