Info for Exhibitors
The technical exhibition will accompany the 19th International Wroclaw Symposium and Exhibition on EMC in Wroclaw, Poland. The technical exhibition will be held from 9 AM on Wednesday, June 11, to 14 PM on Friday, June 13, 2008. The technical exhibition will take place in the exhibition hall on the 1st floor of the new Conference Centre of the Wroclaw University of Technology (Wroclaw, Janiszewskiego St. 8, building D-20) (see the location on Google Maps).
The exhibition is directly accessible from the conference rooms and ensures that delegates and speakers have every opportunity to visit you and your company's representatives during refreshment and lunch breaks. Some pictures of exhibition area taken during last edition of National EMC Workshop in 2007 are presented here.
Exhibitors are international manufacturers and distributors of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and microwave related equipment and tools, spectrum monitoring and measurement systems, protecting devices and components, electromagnetic analysis and synthesis software seeking to create partnerships, improve services, market more widely and seeking opportunities for professional development.
Our technical exhibition gives the opportunity to present your activities to delegates mainly from Central and East European countries. Each of the last symposia gathered about 200 participants.
You can order all or part of the following:

- advertisement in the Symposium Proceedings;
- workshop arrangement
The company interested in organizing a workshop shall deliver detailed summary including names and contact information of authors or speakers not later than May 9, 2008 using APPLICATION FORM . You will be informed about the result of the review and receive instructions how to prepare the final text (up to 5 pages A4). Information about workshop will be included in the program of the Symposium. Organizers will reserve not more than one hour for presentation. Workshops are free of charge.

Sponsorship proposals
Below please find
proposals of sponsorship for 19th International Wroclaw Symposium on
EMC. Additional services and changes of sponsorship are welcome, but
have to be negotiated with organizers.
Diamond Sponsor - € 12 000
The Diamond Sponsorship will include the followings:
- 4 complimentary Symposium Registration
including tickets to the Symposium Cocktail and Symposium Picnic
- complimentary completely equipped
double-standard exhibition booth (2m by 4m)
- "Diamond sponsor" on badges of company
representatives
- Company's logo with description "sponsor
of the picnic" on tickets to the symposium picnic
- Own visual advertisement during the
picnic (roll-ups, banners, ect.)
- Single page full-color advertisement on
the internal cover's page of Symposium Proceedings
- Acknowledgement as "Diamond Sponsor" in

- Placing sponsor's own advertisement (i.e.
roll-ups, dim. 0,5m x 2 m) in the places often visited by
participants

Ruby Sponsorship - € 6 000
The Ruby Sponsorship will include the followings:
